A VOICE FOR CHANGE

We are here to help the people of Trafford

To have a voice to influence change

Black minority and ethnic participants

Representation right across the range.

We aim to improve life opportunities

Including housing, health and so much more

Addressing community politics, looking at leisure

And knocking at doors.

We put BME residents directly in touch

With services that help them to improve,

Offering social inclusion and happiness

Exercise that gets you in the groove.

We are in partnership with mainstream agencies

Tackling cancer awareness and mental health,

Applying for funds for BME residents

Trying to improve their wealth.

—

Our achievements cover so many topics

Nutrition and mental health are just two

We look at heart disease, stroke and cancer

We care about what happens to you.

—

So we highlight injustice, education and housing

Tackle problems in our diverse mix,

We join forums and services that help us look

At options for a permanent fix.

So our focus is on inequalities

We find the voice that lies deep within

Trafford BME residents have a place

Where they totally do fit in.

With the board, staff, volunteers and freelancers

We help give a service that’s simply the best,

In a class of uniqueness with equality

We aim to outshine the rest.

As we continue a service that is so much more,
